This is the story of our CEO, a story that shows the value of listening to the others and how we can transform lives thanks to that.
She has been a professional in the field of mobility for 30 years. Everything started when she was working opposite a private hospital. That is when it immediately dawned on her that there was a need for reinforcement in the abdominal support provided by post-surgery binders. She thus decided to start manufacturing binders and designed a dual closure system for vertical and horizontal support.
This is how D.E.M.A. came to being and that continues to be one of our main values nowadays: to create quality products based on people’s actual needs.

We started with only two members but now we are over fifty in a team that has become a synonym of family. We all make our contribution and look in the same direction.

SALUDTEX S.A. produce y comercializa productos médicos para uso ortopédico para el mercado externo e interno, por ello, la Dirección General ha establecido como objetivo primordial alcanzar un alto nivel de calidad en los productos que brinda la empresa, para lograr la plena satisfacción de sus clientes.
Ningún miembro de SALUDTEX S.A. podrá ser relevado de la responsabilidad en cuanto a la calidad se refiere, pues se requiere de la participación y colaboración de todos, con pleno compromiso personal y con honestidad para hacer de la calidad un hábito de trabajo en cada área de responsabilidad.
Es importante enfatizar que el nivel de calidad de los productos puede y debe ser constantemente superado, para lo cual se establecen los siguientes objetivos:
Capacitar y Calificar
a todo el personal según los requerimientos de los productos y el tipo de procesos, para ejecutar sus tareas con el nivel requerido de calidad.
Asegurar permanentemente
la confidencialidad y ética profesional de las actividades inherentes al proceso de fabricación del producto.
Proveer
los productos en los plazos previstos.
Respetar
la Legislación y las Disposiciones oficiales que sean aplicables a los productos fabricados.
Desarrollar y mantener
un ambiente que motive al personal a alcanzar su máximo potencial y satisfacción en su trabajo.
Cumplir los requerimientos
de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, estructurado según las normas ISO 9001:2015 y GMP, con el compromiso de la mejora continua de la eficacia del mismo y para satisfacer con seguridad las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, los legales y reglamentario aplicables.
